I recently stumbled upon this adorable website entitled Thursdays that was created by a bunch of college gal pals who gather together every Thursday night to swap recipes and spend some much-needed quality time together. This weekly gathering has expanded into a website that features some awesome ideas, delicious recipes, craft instructions and more for their growing reader base. You can find some great suggestions and inspiration for hosting a gathering with your friends on a Thursday night (or any night for that matter), such as preparing delicious soup and making a beginner’s scarf on a cozy winter thursday night. I admire this creative, passionate group of young girls who are dedicated to good food, fun times and taking time out of their week to snack and socialize with some of the most important people in life - friends!
