DIY V-Day Garland

I have DIY projects coming out of my ears. Seriously, our music/office room is exploding with craft paper, glue, ribbon and all the other materials I have gathered over the weeks in hopes of creating some fabulous cards, earrings, decorations...you name it! I would love to try to make this pretty hearts garland that I spied on How About Orange, but alas, I am not sure I will get to this in time for V-day... my DIY list grows longer and longer every day.
