Winter-like Wonderland

Soooooooo...it's snowing. In October. Kyle and I woke up this morning to find, to our surprise, a snow-covered winter-like wonderland outside. And, as crazy as all of this snow and sleet is, it's actually quite a blessing in disguise. Life has been busy lately, I mean really busy (hence my lack of blogging), and this unexpected precipitation is forcing Kyle indoors and on the couch. We had plans to head to New Jersey for the day and instead we will be watching endless episodes of "How I Met Your Mother" in our pajamas. Yes, we will be lazy butts all day, but after our busy schedules, I think we are long overdue.
