Strawberry Obsession

For those who know me well, I am pretty obsessed with all things strawberry. I'd take a bowl of this delicious red fruit over a giant chocolate cake any day...okay, that might be going a little too far, but I do love strawberries, a lot! And, as the weather gets warmer, the strawberries ripen and make the perfect ingredient for a summertime dessert - strawberry shortcake, strawberry ice cream, strawberry tarts, strawberry pie...you name it!
