Rachel's Bridal Shower

Most of this weekend was spent in celebration of my dear friend Rachel's upcoming nuptials and her last days as a single lady. The festivities began yesterday morning with her Bridal Shower (which had been planned to be held in a lovely garden and then was moved in-doors last minute due to the sweltering heat) and took us into the wee hours of this morning for her Bachelorette Party.

I was asked to help with the centerpieces for the Shower, so I picked up a lovely mix of flowers at a local Trader Joe's for the mason ball jars I had decorated in advanced (using rafia & cardstock stamped with a green heart). The bridal brunch was a lot of fun - it was great to catch up with old college friends and celebrate with the beautiful Bride-to-be! ...And, our night out in Philly, which consisted of tapas, sangria, a scavenger hunt, and a lot of dancing, was a blast! Can't wait for her big day in August!
