Has Spring Sprung?

With temperatures expected to reach a record high of 70 degrees in Philadelphia today, one can not help but to question - "Has spring already sprung?" Well um, no, not really...it's still February, but warm temps and sunny days mean driving with the window's rolled down and thoughts of lovely floral clothes, accessories, cards, decor, and more in anticipation of spring!
